Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, and we will include a tracking number. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping of $10 for items under $99.99 to the continental US, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, unless a Site Wide Free Shipping Promo is active which will be prominently displayed on a banner/announcement bar. We are currently offering free shipping for orders over $99. Our shipping choice is United Parcel Service, but we may have to use another provide in some cases (FedEx, USPS, and DHL).

Store Pick-Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within same day to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are happy to look up your order when you arrive. If you live out of town and need to pick-up outside of regular operating hours, please contact us. We will be happy to meet you and/or arrange an appointment. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that we have received your order. This will be followed by an email that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at here2help@artemisoverland.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus a 25% restocking fee for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at here2help@artemisoverland.com mail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
